Eat This Yum! Fig Meyer Lemon & Honey Jam

Fresh Black Mission Figs are slightly roasted with honey, then slowly cooked with sliced Meyer Lemons. A touch of balsamic vinegar and sea salt gives it a full bodied flavor. Serve with Margie or Henry's Havarti. Great in a panini or on flatbread.
