Taste three award-winning Redhead cheeses alongside three outstanding Minnesota maker selections, curated to showcase the range and creativity of domestic artisan cheesemaking. Guided tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and simple serving tips will help you discover new favorites and leave you inspired with easy, delicious ways to enjoy artisan cheese all summer — from sandwiches and salads to grilled boards and picnic spreads. Small-group setting (16 seats) ensures personal attention and time for questions. Each guest receives guided samples of all six cheeses plus crackers and seasonal accompaniments to take the tasting home with them.
