Guest Experience Manager
Location: Redhead Creamery

Position Summary
We’re seeking an organized, proactive Guest Experience Manager to oversee all guest-facing areas: cheese shop, kitchen, bar, and tour spaces. This role ensures smooth daily operations, excellent customer experiences, regulatory compliance, and alignment with owner expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the cheese shop, kitchen, bar, and tour areas to ensure consistent guest experience
- Create and maintain staff schedules; lead, coach, and evaluate front-of-house and tour staff
- Oversee inventory control and ordering; track product rotation and best-by dates
- Maintain and update menus, pricing, and in-house TV ad content
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times, especially during open hours
- Maintain required records and documentation for state and health inspections (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, incident reports, etc.)
- Work closely with owners to set and enforce standards, implement policies, and develop promotions/events
- Monitor sales, labor, and operational metrics; assist with basic cost controls and loss prevention
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction
- Train staff on service standards, point-of-sale procedures, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in hospitality, retail, foodservice, or similar guest-facing operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable scheduling, inventory management, and basic reporting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; food handler/manager certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Experience with POS systems, basic cash handling, and digital content updates (menus/TV)
- Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and maintain a positive customer-first attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work Wednesday through Saturday (availability immediate)

Line Cook / Kitchen Cook

Position Summary
We’re seeking a reliable, energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare menu items to Redhead standards, maintain a clean and organized station, and help deliver consistent, high-quality food during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items (smash burgers, deep‑fried cheese curds, sandwiches, sides, etc.) following recipes and portion guides
- Operate fryers, griddles, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and timing during service
- Keep prep and line areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (proper storage, temperature control, labeling)
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and receiving as needed
- Communicate clearly with cooks, expeditors, and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service
- Help train new kitchen team members when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast‑paced kitchen preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented, and able to take direction
- Calm and effective under pressure; able to prioritize during rushes
- Good knife skills and familiarity with basic kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Food handler’s card or willingness to obtain one

This full-time role requires hands-on experience in dairy processing, with a focus on cheese-making, milk bottling, and yogurt production. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Home Delivery and Distribution Driver
Location: Near Brooten, Minnesota
Status: Part-Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a driver to help us get our ridiculously good cheeses and other locally sourced products to the homes of our customers as well as our wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Of note, you are courteous and considerate, understanding that your regular interaction with our customers is a reflection upon our brand.
Our home delivery driver needs to be available for full days as routes normally include 20 or so stops and run typically from 6:00am-4:00pm We deliver primarily Wednesday/Thursday and are seeking folks to help with both days, but will also consider those interested in working just 1 of those days on a set schedule as well.
All drivers are placed on our insurance and use our company vehicle for deliveries: GMC Savana. We also use a program to set up all delivery routes that we provide drivers to track them through the day for both efficiency and driver safety and peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the accurate & timely distribution of many deliveries and pick-ups daily
- Maintains delivery logs
- Make last minute deliveries after regular route on occasion
- Understands and acts on the importance of temperature control for perishable products
- Facilitate feedback as necessary between accounts and RHC team
- Maintain functionality and cleanliness of RHC’s delivery van
- Exercise strict adherence to city parking and traffic regulations
- Communicate promptly, effectively and respectfully with all accounts and members of the RHC team
- Support Parlor with assistance for special events as necessary

Qualifications — Required:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must have clean background check

- Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the day
- Ability to read spreadsheets and use computers a plus!
- Must be available for standing Wednesday and Thursday delivery routes, with possibility of additional routes

We’re hiring a dependable, hard-working Kitchen Team Member to help keep our kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone who works well under pressure, enjoys being on their feet, and proactively finds tasks during slow periods.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads, cheese & charcuterie platters, panini sandwiches, deep-fried cheese curds, and other menu items
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup as needed
- Clean and reset tables when required

Redhead Creamery is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market this summer! We have three roles available, each supporting our presence at the market on the following Saturdays. If you're interested in splitting the three or four summer Saturdays, we still encourage you to apply:

Position 1: Northeast Farmers Market Coordinator Hours: ~7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on select Saturdays (~6.5 hours)
This is the face-of-the-brand role. As Market Coordinator, you'll represent Redhead Creamery at the Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market, engaging customers and sharing the story behind our award-winning dairy products.
Your day starts at MSP Kitchenery (919 Dale St N, Unit 2, St. Paul) at 7:30 a.m., where you'll load up market supplies and head to the market at 629 NE 2nd St, Minneapolis — arriving in time for the 9:00 a.m. opening. You'll run the booth through the 1:00 p.m. close, then return supplies to MSP Kitchenery to wrap up your day around 2:00 p.m.
You're a great fit if you:
- Love talking to people and are passionate about local food and dairy
- Are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Can lift and load market supplies
- Have a vehicle suitable for hauling market supplies
Position 2: Northeast Farmers Market Infrastructure Specialist Hours: ~7:30 – 9:00 a.m. and 1:15 – 2:00 p.m. on select Saturdays (~2.25 hours total)
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of market day without staffing the booth. As the Infrastructure Specialist, you'll handle the logistics that make the Redhead Creamery market presence possible — pickup, setup, breakdown, and return.
Your morning begins at MSP Kitchenery at 7:30 a.m. You'll load supplies and transport them to the market at 629 NE 2nd St, Minneapolis, working alongside the Market Coordinator to get everything set up before the 9:00 a.m. open. After setup, your morning shift wraps up. You'll return at 1:15 p.m. to break everything down and return supplies to MSP Kitchenery by around 2:00 p.m.

Position 3: Northeast Farmers Market Brand Ambassador Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on select Saturdays (~4 hours)
Love people and great cheese? This is the role for you. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the warm, knowledgeable presence behind the Redhead Creamery booth — sampling products, answering questions, processing sales, and creating a memorable experience for every customer who stops by.
The Infrastructure Specialist handles setup and teardown, so you can focus entirely on what matters most: connecting with customers and representing our award-winning dairy products with enthusiasm and pride.
