We finally did it, and it was worth the wait. Our 12-inch frozen flatbread is loaded with not one, not two, but four of our beloved Redhead Creamery cheeses, all melted together over a rich, seasoned olive oil base. It’s cheesy, savory, and just the right kind of indulgent.
New option! Little Lucy Brie Flatbread. It is drizzled with a balsamic glaze with a base of our creamy Bovre. Baked it is a combination of ooey, gooey texture and incredible flavors!
We’ve used Udi’s Gluten Free crust so everyone at the table can dig in—because no one should have to miss out on something this ridiculously good. Whether it's a quick weeknight dinner, a sharable snack, or just a way to treat yourself, this flatbread is ready when you are. Just heat, slice, and try not to fight over the last piece.
