Join Redhead Creamery’s licensed whey winemaker and distiller, Lucas Sjostrom, as you will learn and taste your way through our facilities. Join us for an introduction to moonshine and spirits history, filtration and fermentation, and finally distillation in the Redhead speakeasy, winery and distillery.
You’ll enjoy two spirits and a cocktail as part of the tour. The tour will last about 45 minutes to an hour. Plan to order from the Redhead Creamery kitchen ahead of the tour as it stays open until 4:00.
