Founded in 2008, Lark Fine Foods is a 100% woman-owned and operated specialty foods company located north of Boston in historic Essex, Massachusetts. We offer a distinctive line of baked goods and specialty items inspired by “grown-up” consumers with sophisticated tastes--where every bite excites the senses with flavor combinations that are sometimes unexpected, but always delicious!
Black & White Sesame Savory Biscuit- These tender, buttery biscuits have generous measures of toasted black and white sesame seeds that create a colorful mosaic on our savory shortbread.
Olive Scourtin Savory Biscuit- Les Scourtin: a natural fiber-filter used in France to make olive oil.
Toasted Almond Savory Biscuit- Buttery, tender, and subtly sweet, these versatile biscuits can be equally enjoyed with tea or wine. Toasted almonds thread through these light and butter biscuits add a fabulous depth of flavor and texture.
Shortbread Trio- Our Shortbread Trio includes a sampling of three Lark shortbread cookies: Salted Rosemary, Burnt Sugar & Fennel, and Whole Wheat Espresso Chocolate Chip - ten mini size cookies in each flavor.
Pistachio Cherry Sable- Our Pistachio Cherry Sable features a traditional French shortbread staring crunchy pistachios, dried tart cherries, and rimmed with sparkling sugar.
