Twenty years ago, we started in a small one-bedroom apartment kitchen in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, using fresh produce from the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket.

Today, Rick’s Picks continues to craft specialty pickles from around the world, blending the traditions of home canning with innovation. Our pickles offer a healthy, delicious snacking option for both kids and adults alike.

The People’s Pickle is a thick, garlicky slice with hints of coriander and dill.
