We’re a family-run, farmstead creamery crafting high-quality dairy products using milk from our own herd at Jer-Lindy Farms. Everything we do is hands-on, intentional, and rooted in agriculture—but that doesn’t mean it’s old-fashioned. Current Opportunities
Artisan Cheesemaker / Milk Bottler / Yogurt Producer (Full-Time)
If you have experience—or a strong interest—in dairy production, this role focuses on crafting high-quality products while maintaining excellent standards for consistency and food safety.

Delivery Driver (Part-Time)
Help bring Redhead Creamery products directly to customers. This role is ideal for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
What to expect:
- Weekly delivery routes, typically midweek
- Early mornings and full days
- Company vehicle provided
Kitchen Team Member
For those who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, this role focuses on preparing and serving items like cheese boards, paninis, and curds.

- Starting around $18/hour
- Team-oriented environment
- Consistent, hands-on work
Internships & Apprenticeships
Our internship program offers hands-on experience across multiple areas, including cheesemaking, business operations, and marketing. It’s designed for individuals who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
Cheese Samplers (Twin Cities Area)
If you enjoy interacting with people and sharing good food, this role involves offering samples and representing the creamery at retail locations.
