WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
Whenever works best for you! Orders received before November 17th are considered pre-orders, and will be shipped out Monday, November 17th when we release the box. Boxes ordered after this time will ship following our normal shipping schedule.
WHAT IF I WANT IT DELIVERED AT A CERTAIN DATE?
Just leave a "note" in the notes section and we will try to ship as close to that date as possible.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
We are taking pre-orders and shipping the box when it is released November 17th. Orders after this date will ship out will follow our normal shipping schedule.
HOW LONG WILL IT KEEP?
The Cheesemas box is perishable, so please keep in the fridge. It should stay good up until the New Year.
WHERE CAN IT SHIP TO?
All over the United States! We box up our orders with special packaging and ice packs. You can also do a local pick up, or see if our delivery route delivers to your area.
IS THE BOX GLUTEN FREE?
Heck yes!
HOW BIG IS THE BOX?
The box is 10x13.5x3 inches and about 6 pounds.
