Effie's Cocoa Biscuits

When only chocolate will do, reach for these crisp and lightly sweet Cocoa Biscuits. Effie's turned up the flavor, combining malted cocoa, crisp layers of oats and toasted coconut. Top with a dollop of mascarpone and fresh berries or a bright marmalade. Makes a great crumbled topping for ice cream, too.
