Rye Biscuits with Walnut and Caraway- Reminiscent of traditional European country breads, our crisp and buttery Rye Biscuits feature stone-ground rye, toasted walnuts and a dash of caraway. They’re a terrific match for fruit chutneys, onion jam or sharp cheddar.
Gruyere- Gruyere cheese with a twist of pepper. Enjoy with prosciutto or ham, caramelized onion jam, and your favorite craft beer.
Hazelnut- Layers of oats with roasted hazelnuts. Tastes amazing with bittersweet chocolate, fresh chevre, or fruit preserves.
Cocoa- When only chocolate will do, reach for these crisp and lightly sweet Cocoa Biscuits. Effie's turned up the flavor, combining malted cocoa, crisp layers of oats and toasted coconut. Top with a dollop of mascarpone and fresh berries or a bright marmalade. Makes a great crumbled topping for ice cream, too.
Corn- Inspired by America’s historic recipes for cornmeal flatbreads, corn pones, and johnnycakes, our Corn Biscuits are buttery and crunchy with an unexpected touch of anise. They’re a terrific companion for coffee, or get creative with a dollop of fresh chèvre and red pepper jelly.
Oatcake- Crisp, buttery layers of toasted oats with a hint of salt. A classic tea biscuit. Delicious with jam, nut butter, or any cheese—from blue to brie.
