Redhead Creamery's baked North Fork Munster
This is the perfect appetizer to bring with for the holidays. Portable, easy, and packed with that wow factor.

INSTUCTIONS -
Sweet:
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz Redhead Creamery North Fork Whisky Washed Munster
- Divina's Fig Jam
- 1 Toasted Baguette or Crackers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place 1 6oz. Redhead Creamery’s North Fork Whisky Washed Munster in a ramekin or small oven proof baking dish, and place in the oven for 10-15 min, but keep an eye on it!
- While the Munster is baking, place ⅓ cup of Divina’s Fig Jam in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Jam should be soft and pourable, but not bubbling.
- Once Munster is warm and gooey, remove from oven.
- Pour Jam over warmed Whiskey Washed Munster. Serve with toasted baguette or your favorite crackers.
Savory:
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz Redhead Creamery North Fork Whisky Washed Munster
- Lucky's Honey Mustard
- 1 Toasted Baguette or Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place 6 oz. wheel of Redhead Creamery’s Whisky Washed Munster in Ramekin or oven safe bowl, heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Once Munster is warm and gooey, remove from oven.
- Pour ¼ cup of Lucky’s Honey Mustard - Onion & Black Pepper over warmed Munster. Serve with toasted baguette or your favorite cracker.
